Donor Room Setup and Troubleshooting
The 2nd FL Donor Room is a critical room at DPC due to the need to have a secluded area for Donor’s where we can provide a white-glove service. The Donor Room is often one of if not the first rooms seen by Donors and as such leaves an impression that extends to the rest of the building. The setup is streamlined to achieve this goal and lower the odds of issues occurring. However, the support of Donor Room technology is split between IT and Production.
