If you're experiencing issue with your main monitor or external monitors please try the following:


  • Ensure that the power cord is plugged in securely to the back of the monitor and at the wall or power outlet.

  • Ensure sure the power outlet is switched to the On position. A red light indicates the power outlet is powered On.

  • Ensure the monitor is powered On.

  • Ensure the HDMI cable in the back of the monitor is plugged in securely and trace the same cable to the docking station/computer to ensure the cable is plugged in securely.

  • Ensure the computer is properly docked to the docking station.

  • Press the Windows key + P on your keyboard and click "Extend".

  • Restart your computer.
